funny! =) but perhaps Shunk is a bit too stylised (where are his ears? TT) and i find his legs a bit too short and his tail a bit to straightish, needs more curve under. the penguin is cute and clean, but a bit expressionless, perhaps you can do something with his eyes and give him some bored expression. otherwise the idea is funny, but as Luna said, there is no broken heart here.that's why the penguin should be more angry or something. try to update it! =)
